Referral Program
Earn referral credits to use toward Alteza products and services. Earn $100 for each successful referral by introducing Alteza to fellow industry neighbors, friends and family. They must qualify for the Food Services Instant Rebates Program or make their first purchase with us.
To refer a friend
- Click on the ‘Refer Now’ button.
- Complete the form with information for both your referral and yourself.
- Once we receive the information, our staff will contact your referral as soon as possible.
- After your friend places and completes an order, we will send you a confirmation via email along with your corresponding balance. Additionally, we will notify you through a phone call or text that your credit is now available.
Terms and Conditions
The goal is to reward you for sharing your love of Alteza products with friends. By taking part in Alteza’s referral program, you agree to these simple terms.
Please note that referral credits are not applicable for referring existing Alteza customers. All credits hold equal value and add up to one balance.
You must be at least 18 years old to earn and use store credits, which cannot be exchanged for cash. Once you use them, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Alteza reserves the right to refuse or deny any incentive, at any time, if our policies are violated.
